1. General

By placing an order or submitting an offer through Majestic Warehouse Solutions, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all sales, including negotiated/offer-based purchases.

2. Offer & Pricing

Submitted offers are not guaranteed and are subject to review and approval.
Approved offers constitute a binding purchase agreement at the agreed price.
Majestic Warehouse Solutions reserves the right to reject any offer without obligation.
Prices are in USD and do not include freight, taxes, or applicable fees unless stated.

3. Payment

Payment is due upon offer approval unless a Pay by Invoice or net-terms arrangement has been established.
Orders will not ship until payment is confirmed or credit terms are verified.

4. Shipping & Freight

All large equipment ships via freight carrier. Freight costs are calculated separately and will be communicated prior to fulfillment.
Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon carrier pickup.
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

5. Condition of Goods

All items are sold as refurbished/used unless explicitly marked as new.
Item condition is described in the product listing. Photos and descriptions are provided in good faith.
Buyers are encouraged to request additional photos or inspection arrangements prior to purchase.

6. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final unless the item materially differs from its listed description.
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Buyer is responsible for return freight costs unless the return is due to our error.

7. Limitation of Liability

Majestic Warehouse Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use purchased equipment.
